A Gym Development Project
Blueberry Estates worked alongside our new tenant to develop and create a fitness studio. The project included a full fit out, new wiring, plumbing and a new roof!
Building for Manual Therapy Treatments
Blueberry Estates worked alongside our new tenant to develop and create a building for therapists and wellbeing professionals. The Rope Walk building was dilapidated and had been an eyesore for many years in the local area. The project included a full development including new roof, plumbing, electrics and fit out. We also worked on green initiatives to include an air source heat pump, full insulation and electric car charging point at the property.
